ScanWe Solutions maintains a strict refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Our policy is outlined below:

1. ScanWe Solutions values the time, expertise, and services provided to our clients. Therefore, any amount earned within the scope of our services is non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Management fees and consulting fees are considered earned against the time and services of our consultants. In the event of premature termination prior to the completion of services, a fair calculation will be made based on professional service rates. Any unearned portion will be refunded to the client.

3. Once the full scope of services is completed, clients may not be eligible for any refunds.

4. Third-party payments, including government fees or vendor payments, are outside the responsibility of ScanWe Solutions. Any refund related to third-party payments will be subject to their independent policy.

5. Refunds will be issued in the case of technical errors, such as double charging, for which ScanWe Solutions is responsible.

6. A refund claim is acceptable if services are unable to be executed competently. In such cases, compensation will be evaluated based on time and efforts expended.

7. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, bank transfer, or check, depending on the feasibility of refunding via the original mode of payment.

8. Success fees, referral fees, brokerage fees, commissions, or repatriation once earned are non-refundable.

9. Any refund request should be made in writing via email or letter within 15 days of service delivery, stating the exact reason for the refund claim. Such requests may lead to the suspension or termination of services.

' 10. Refunds requested due to customer error may be subject to an administration charge, once approved.

11. Approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days.

12. The refund policy outlined in the service contract for any particular service request is considered an annex to this refund policy and is enforceable.
